Sanjiv Trehon

CEO

Sanjiv brings over 35 years of experience across a wide spectrum of industries including real estate, retail, international trading and project exports. In his current role at Shanti One, Sanjiv envisions delivery of matchless commercial spaces encompassing the entire country with outstanding tenant / occupier experiences and also creating superior value for occupiers and stake holders alike. His final goal is to ensure growth of the “Shanti One” brand, create healthier bottom lines & implement successful expansion plans of the company.

In his last role, Sanjiv worked for Big India Malls as CEO and spearheaded all aspects of the business as well as ensuring delivery of profitable developments and increasing the asset management base. Prior to his stint at Big, Sanjiv worked with joint venture partner of Adidas AG in India and was heavily involved in the successful roll out of the Adidas brand across India.

Sanjiv is a Management graduate with majors in Marketing and an alumnus of Lawrence School, Lovedale and believes in continuous learning in an endeavor to further excel. He is propelled by a zeal to perform with unfailing spirit and commitment to succeed.

Narendra Dukale

Civil and Structural

Narendra is civil engineer with over 30 years of extensive experience in all types of real estate projects. At Shanti One, he is responsible for overseeing the overall construction at sites and Liase with government offices to ensure smooth operations.

In his last role, Narendra was deputed as Project Head K Raheja Corp. He was looking after the project execution through his team deputed at site. His focus always remains to deliver the project in time with proper safety and quality standards laid by the group.

Kumar Kirolkar

MEP Service

Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of extensive experience of Electrical systems as well as MEP works in residential, commercial building, engineering industrial work & shopping Malls right from execution to till operation and maintenance. Proficient in preparation, monitoring, installation, testing and commissioning of all MEP Systems like HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, IBMS, complete Electrical &Elv systems as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specifications, standards, schedule, stage inspections, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning.

At Shanti One, he is responsible for services required in constructing commercial IT office building &Liasioning with government offices to ensure smooth operations.In his last role, Kumar was deputed as a Utility Manager in one of the pioneer corporate real estate developers company. He was looking after the project execution through his team deputed at site and after that was looking towards operation and maintenance.

Perneeka Virmani

Regulatory Affairs

Perneeka is a qualified company Secretary, with six years of experience in corporate governance, compliances and filings under various laws in India.

At Shanti One, she is responsible for compliances of overall group including all its subsidiaries and group companies including various compliances and corporate governance matters at the project level.

In her last role, Perneeka was in the secretarial function of the JK Tyre Group of Companies. She was responsible for all the filings under the Companies Act and IRDAI and was responsible for board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, adherence to secretarial standards, and responding to shareholders’ queries.

Perneeka is a qualified Company Secretary and a graduate in B.A. (Economics) from University of Delhi.

Nikita Bhatti

Company Secretary

Nikita Singh has an in-depth experience on all corporate secretarial affairs including compliances, advisory as an internal counsel, due diligence, agreements, dealing with Advocates / Banks/ Registrar of Companies / Reserve Bank of India. Her area of expertise is in FDI matters and FEMA regulations. She looks after the company secretarial work of the group. Nikita is a commerce Graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
